主要用途和结构特点：立式铝合金固溶处理炉由加热炉体、炉体支架、可移动水箱、上料平台、气动系统、传动系统、电器和温度控制系统组成。适用于铝合金零件加热保温完成后在≤9S的时间内进行固溶处理。加热炉体采用轻质耐火砖和硅酸铝纤维的结构，配合大功率的搅拌风机导流循环，炉温均匀度达到≤±3ºC。各种动作安全可靠，自动化程度高。本系列有燃油、燃气加热和电阻丝加热两种炉型。

本公司设备主要特点：

1）燃烧室设计于风道内，降低燃烧室温度

2）解决上下燃料炉温差问题

3）全纤维设计炉衬（节能）

4）传动机构采用双速电机

5）下水15秒内，控制工件时间，减小工件变形。
